ABOUT US
Founded on : 6th December 2018
Objective : To serve a healthy meal to the poor and needy at just Rs. 10.
By March 2020, we were serving around 350 people every day. When the Covid pandemic struck, we continued our service even during the lockdown.
Families reached and associated : 2600 (Around)
CURRENT OPERATIONS

Provide daily healthy meals for Rs 10.

Donating 400-500 clothes to nearby villages

Regular Book Donations (Everyday)

Marriage Support - Clothes, Gifts, Utensils, etc,.

In winters we serve hot tea (to around 500 people) in the morning

In summers we serve sharbat / lemonade to around 1000 people

Sita Rasoi is also a community-driven clothes bank that provides gently used clothing to those in need. Our mission is to spread warmth, comfort, and dignity by providing access to quality clothing.
Book Bank
Sita Rasoi is also a community-driven book bank that provides access to books for individuals of all ages. Our mission is to promote literacy and a love for learning by providing access to a diverse range of books.
Utensil Bank
Sita Rasoi is also a community-driven utensil bank that provides access to cooking equipment for individuals and families in need. Our mission is to empower communities to nourish themselves by providing access to essential kitchen tools.
